Codes only go to a number that has a car with us, and they can take a minute. Check the number is the one you entered on the form. If it still does not arrive, reply to the text you received when you submitted the car.
How long do I stay signed in?
48 hours from when you enter the code, then it expires and you sign in again. Closing the tab also ends the session, which is deliberate on a shared phone.
Why can I only see some offers?
Dealers bid at different times. Offers normally land within 60 minutes during business hours, and the page shows whatever has come in so far. Each offer also carries the date it stops being honoured.
Do I have to accept an offer?
No. You can take the highest, take a lower one for a reason of your own, or take none at all. Nothing here obliges you to sell.
