What we ask of buyers
- A current motor dealer licence in your state, verified at onboarding and annually
- Offers in writing, valid for seven days
- Inspection at the seller's address, arranged within two business days of acceptance
- Settlement by transfer from a business account, and direct payout of any financier
- Offers that hold. Adjusting for genuinely undisclosed damage is fair. A pattern of rewriting offers on cars that matched their description means removal from the platform
